- The Perfect Sunrise edited by Nick Wood, in his capacity as a founding member of Intellectual Property Constituency of ICANN, is a 30 page guide to designing Rights Protection Mechanisms (RPM) as part of registry operations, particularly during the ‘Sunrise’ phase of launching a new domain. The RPMs of several top level domains are compared and evaluated for best practice recommendations.
